Villa Florencia is a property for 8 people, ideal for families who want to share their holidays in a quiet and exclusive area such as Casa de Campo, in Begur, between the wild and well-known beach of Aiguablava, which is about seven minutes by car, and the old town of Tamariu, which is about twelve minutes away by car.

Upon entering the property we find a large garden that surrounds the house, there is the large pool of 8x4m, which is also heated to 32 degrees and also has two points of relaxing jets. Outside there is also a chill-out area and barbecue area.

Once inside the house, a large living room, which connects to the large kitchen (which has two refrigerators, vitro-ceramic, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker). On this same level we find a double room, with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a double en-suite room, with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is a double room, with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with terrace, double bed, dressing room and bathroom with bathtub.

It should be noted that the property has an outdoor parking area within the property.

The old town of Begur is just over five minutes away by car.

Rental Conditions – Valid from 30 September 2016 until 31 December 2017

It is important that you understand and accept the conditions below before making your reservation.

Prices shown

  • The prices shown on the website include:
    • Use of electricity, water and gas unless specified otherwise on our website.
    • Sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels and the final cleaning.
  • In case you wish an extra cleaning you must order this it at the office on the arrival day. The price for this extra cleaning will be of 18,15€ per hour –including taxes- and the minimum to contract is 3 hours.
  • In case you wish to change the bed linen and towels during the extra cleaning, the price will be 20€ per person and you will have to ask for it at the office on the arrival day.
  • The price does not include tourist tax and you will have to pay this at your arrival.


  • To reserve your holiday accommodation you are required to pay a deposit of 40% of the total rent. The remaining 60% must be paid on arrival before occupying the accommodation by Visa, Mastercard or cash. Under no circumstances can the property be occupied if the full rental and security deposit have not been paid.

Occupants of the accommodation

  • The person making the reservation has to state at the time of booking how many people will occupy the accommodation. This mandatory notification must be accompanied by a photocopy of the passport, DNI or identification document of every occupant of the holiday accommodation at the time of making the reservation. If any of these documents has not been received by the time you arrive for your holiday then it must be handed over on arrival so that Casabegur can make a photocopy. The above is in accordance with Order IRP/418/2010 of 5 August 2010, in force since 1 October 2010, on the obligation of recording and reporting to the Directorate General of Police details of all persons staying at holiday accommodations in Catalonia.
  • The property cannot be occupied by more persons than indicated on the website. In case of higher occupancy the Agency will refuse admission of those exceeding the maximum occupancy stated, cancel the reservation or have the property vacated altogether. In this case the tenant will lose the amount paid so far as well as the security deposit which will be retained as compensation.

Changes to a reservation

  • The agency reserves the right to substitute an accommodation for another of similar or better characteristics if, for reasons of a force majeure beyond the control of the Agency, the chosen accommodation cannot be occupied. This possible substitution will only be made in case of a force majeure.

Security Deposit

  • Upon arrival we will be blocked on your credit card as security deposit. If at the end of your stay the property is left in the condition it was found then the amount will be unblocked at the latest a week after departure if there are not breakages.

Admission to accommodation

  • Admission to the property is between 5 and 8 pm. In case you cannot arrive before 8 pm please contact the Agency to arrange for the collection of keys and do the second payment by phone.

During your stay

  • Should you find a defect or break something in the property please advise Casabegur SL immediately so that we can resolve the matter as soon as possible. Incidences of any kind relating to WIFI or phone service may not give rise to claims against the Agency.
  • Please put your rubbish into the green containers on the streets, there are also bins for recycling. Do not leave any rubbish in the property or garden for cleanliness but also to prevent ant invasions.
  • It is important to use electricity responsibly when it’s dark and to turn off any outside lights during the day.
  • Do not leave toys or floats in the pool so as to ensure the proper operation of the filter; otherwise the pool will turn green and murky.
  • Do not leave chairs, toys and garden furniture on the lawn at night to enable the proper functioning of the automatic irrigation.
  • Close the sun shades or umbrellas when it's windy, when you go to sleep or leave the house.
  • If the pool lights are manual, turn them off when not in use.
  • Furniture and fixtures: if you move any indoor or outdoor furniture, before leaving the property put everything back where it was (tables, beds, chairs, loungers etc).
  • Barbecue: only use coal, never wood or firewood.
  • Failing to comply with the above basic rules of behavior may result in the loss of the security deposit as well as the allocation of any damages that may be caused to/at the property.

Leaving the accommodation

  • Before 10 am. For the coordination by the cleaning team it is very important to respect the time of departure. Not doing so without justification may result in the loss of the security deposit.

How to leave the accommodation on departure

  • The property must be left ordered and tidy. Make sure you have turned off the lights and closed all doors and windows to the outside before coming to the office to hand over the keys. You are responsible for taking away any rubbish and leave the house as you found it. If any rubbish is left behind and/or the property is left particularly dirty or messy, you may lose the deposit or be charged for extra cleaning up to an amount of 250 €.

Tourist Tax

  • By Law 5/2012 of 20 March 2012 covering fiscal, financial and administrative measures, the Parliament of Catalonia has imposed a tax on stays in tourist establishments. Tourist tax in Casabegur SL accommodations is € 0.90 per night (maximum of 7 days and exempt for children under 16). Payment of this tax is not included in the price and it must be paid at the office at the day of your arrival in cash.
  • Payment of Tourist Tax is subject to regulatory and quantitative changes under current legislation.


  • Pets are strictly prohibited in the holiday accommodation. If the Agency finds that a pet has been staying at the property then the security deposit will not be returned and the property may have to be vacated immediately.

Damages and deficiencies

  • If you find a deficiency or irregularity in the accommodation please inform the Agency as soon as possible. Failure to do so will cause the situation to be attributed to you on the day of departure. Note that the property will be thoroughly inspected by the Agency staff. In case of any damage please inform the agency as soon as possible so that it can resolve the problem as soon as possible. Do not wait to inform us until the last day.

Acceptance of this clause means that the lessee declares having carefully read all the above conditions, understand them and be willing to comply with and respect them. It also acknowledges that failure to comply with any of the above regulations will result in the loss of the security deposit and may occur a possible penalty as expressly provided in each section.
